Terms of service
The agreement between you and Adafy Oy for Weik.io Cloud: your account, orders and payment, refunds, your data, and how the agreement ends.
Last updated 28 October 2026
Who the terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Adafy Oy, a Finnish limited company with the business ID 2480016-8 and the VAT number FI24800168, at Lutakonaukio 1, 40100 Jyväskylä, Finland. Adafy Oy operates Weik.io Cloud. In these terms “you” means the person who creates the account and the company or other organisation on whose behalf they create it.
The terms cover the Weik.io Cloud console at weikio.cloud/console, the workspaces, cloud agents, SFTP servers, MQTT brokers, object storage buckets and AI models keys you create in it, the weikio.cloud website and the support that comes with your plan. Together they are called the service below.
Accepting the terms
You accept these terms when you create an account in the console and check the box that refers to them. You must be at least 18 years old and able to make an agreement for the organisation you name. The data processing agreement is part of these terms, and the privacy policy describes how Adafy handles the personal data of the people who use the console.
Your account
You keep your sign-in details to yourself and keep the e-mail address of the account current, because Adafy sends invoices, security notices and changes to these terms there. The owner of the account decides who else can use it on the console’s Team page, and you’re responsible for what the people you add do in the service.
Orders, prices and payment
Each workspace plan, cloud agent, SFTP server, MQTT broker and bucket you create in the console is an order. The console shows the monthly price of each order before you create it, and the prices page lists every price.
- Prices are monthly, in euros and exclude VAT. The invoice adds VAT by the rules of your country.
- Object storage and AI models are billed for the usage of the month.
- You pay by card, or by monthly invoice when the account has a company with a VAT ID.
- You change or remove an order in the console from one month to the next.
If a payment fails, Adafy writes to the account’s e-mail address. If the payment is still missing 14 days later, Adafy can stop the workspaces and services of the account until it is paid, and their data stays in place while they’re stopped.
Refunds
You get a refund in these cases:
- A billing error or an incorrect charge.
- You’re a new customer and remove your first order within 14 days of creating it.
- Adafy couldn’t provide a service you had paid for during a period it confirms.
To ask for a refund, write to cloud@weik.io with the account’s e-mail address, the order, the reason and the date of the charge. Adafy answers within five business days and refunds to the payment method of the original charge. Orders that have been active for more than 14 days and work done for you under a separate agreement aren’t refunded.
Your data
The integrations, settings, files, messages and other data you put into the service stay yours. Adafy processes them only to provide the service, as the data processing agreement says, and only in the locations and with the subprocessors listed on the subprocessors page.
You can take your data out at any time. weikio export writes every integration and setting of a workspace as YAML, and the files in an SFTP server or a bucket can be read with any SFTP or S3 client.
Using the service
You use the service for your own integrations and services and don’t use it to break the law, to send spam, to attack other systems or to store content you have no right to store. Adafy can stop a workspace or a service that puts other customers or the service at risk, and writes to the account’s e-mail address when it does.
Availability and support
Adafy upgrades each workspace to new releases of Weik.io in the maintenance window you choose and backs workspaces up every 6 hours. Support is given at the level your plan lists on the Managed Weik.io page.
Ending the agreement
You can end the agreement at any time by removing your workspaces and services and closing the account in the console. Adafy can end it with 30 days’ notice to the account’s e-mail address, or at once if you materially break these terms.
When the agreement ends, the data of your workspaces and services stays available for export for 30 days, and Adafy then deletes it as the data processing agreement says.
Liability
Adafy’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profit or lost business. These limits don’t apply to damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or where the law doesn’t allow them.
Weik.io itself
Weik.io, the software that runs in your workspace, is open source under the Apache License 2.0, and the licence gives you the right to run the same software yourself. These terms cover the service Adafy runs for you, and the licence covers the software.
Changes to the terms
Adafy announces a material change to these terms to the account’s e-mail address at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don’t accept the change, you can end the agreement before it takes effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law, without its rules on conflicts of law. A dispute is first discussed between you and Adafy, and if that doesn’t settle it, it’s decided by the District Court of Central Finland. A consumer in the European Union also keeps the rights the law of their own country gives them.
